Rental Policies
- Check-In 4:00 PM Check-Out 11:00 AM
- Minimum stay is 3 nights from April thru August
- Minimum stay is 2 nights from September thru March
- Maximum of 11 people per stay
- Payment in full is due within one week of making reservation
- Dates will be held until payment can be made
- Confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of reservation form & payment
- Check In/Out information will be emailed 2-3 weeks prior to arrival
- Help us keep our vacation home clean - No smoking or pets allowed in the house
